Ir. Palgunadi Tatit Setyawan

Is an Independent Commissioner and Chairman of Audit Committee of PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol ,Tbk and was Executive Vice President and Chief Advisor to the Chairman of Raja Garuda Mas International until his recent retirement last April 2003. He was the Regional Director for Asia – GIBB Ltd. UK from 1998 to 1999. He spent 15 years with PT Astra International and assumed numerous positions including as Manager, Director and Member of Supervisory Board of several industries within the Astra Group and, later, as Senior Vice President for Environmental Affairs. Palgunadi popularly known as Pak Pal also served at the Indonesian Army Industrial Command. He retired as Lieutenant Colonel of the Army in October 1983. Palgunadi earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology and in Balistic Engineering fromthe Yugoslavian Military Science and Industry Institute of the University of Belgrade . He completed the Special Advance Program in Industrial Engineering at the Institute of Manufacturing Engineering of the University of Leuven, Belgium. His areas of specialization include industrial engineering and economics.He was also former member of APEC Business Advisory Council ( ABAC ) Indonesia from year 2001 - 2006.
